The only Momofuku noodle worth eating. The sichuan peppercorn tasted a little bit stale, but otherwise... solid.
Bitter, and an extremely light sichuan numbing flavor. The best part of the Momofuku instant noodle line are the noodles themselves. I would eat this if I had no other choice, but I would add plenty of scallions and have extra chili crisp on the side.
