Garlic and salt with hints of vinegar. The broth is nice but there are so many noodles packed in each bowl that the flavor nearly disappears. The noodles are similar to MAMA's in that they're delicate and have a foamy texture. I like the broth, but the noodles need an upgrade.

So so mild — much stronger aroma than flavor.

But they're also cheap, widely-available, and reliable in a pinch.

Spicy, slightly sweet and garlicky! These noodles aren't as wet as some of the others but the flavor is balanced and the noodles are a nice texture.
