LB-3000

I use this for measuring 100ths of grams of gums for making ice cream or sub-2g measurements that larger scales just can't handle accurately and it's absolutely perfect. Every time I go to check its calibration, I find that it's still perfectly accurate — even 4 years later. Excellent value for the money. If it had a higher capacity, this'd be my daily driver.
