Not great, but damn good. My road dog for most of the last 2 decades and the standard by which I judge all other knives.
This knife has been with me through it all — from restaurant jobs to 15 or so years of home cooking.
If it were a dog, it'd be a golden retriever. It's a solid, reliable friend that countless readers of the late Anthony Bourdain's seminal book "Kitchen Confidential" were inspired to buy — myself among them.
Sure, it's not gonna break any world records, but I have not one bad thing to say about this knife.
